This 1:1 session is your sacred space to ask anything: 👉 Shape recommendations 👉 Sizing tips 👉 Color energy guidance 👉 Application questions 👉 Or just to feel more confident before ordering 💫 What’s included: • 30-minute private video call • Personalized guidance tailored to you • $35 fee credited toward your order total (valid for 15 days) No refunds if you choose not to order custom nails, but the credit is yours to use within 15 days.

Cancellation Policy

🌙 Clarity Call Policy Booking a Clarity Call means you’re saying yes to guidance, connection, and co-creating your perfect press-on experience. 💳 Payment & Credit • The 30-minute session costs $35 USD. • That amount will be credited toward your custom order total. • Credit is valid for 15 days after the session. ❌ No Refunds • The fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to place an order. • However, your credit remains available during the 30-day window, and you can use it to purchase other item if you prefer. ⏳ Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. • No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session and the credit.
