Welcome to Iki Studio. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or completing a purchase.
1. About Iki Studio
Iki Studio is a handmade beauty and nail care brand offering press-on nails, nail care products, tools, accessories, organizers, and related items.
All products are created, curated, or packaged with care. Because many of our items are handmade, personal-use, or made-to-order, small variations may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not make the item defective.
2. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you agree that you will not use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, copy or misuse our content, or submit false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website if we believe these terms have been violated.
3. Product Information
We do our best to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, or device settings.
Product photos, descriptions, colors, finishes, and packaging may vary slightly due to lighting, handmade production, supply availability, or small design updates.
4. Press-On Nails
Press-on nails may be custom, made-to-order, or ready-to-ship depending on the product listing.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, shape, length, and design options before placing an order. We strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit before ordering a handmade or custom press-on nail set.
Nail sizing is the customer’s responsibility. Iki Studio is not responsible for incorrect sizing due to customer measurements, selecting the wrong size, or choosing not to use a Sizing Kit.
If a set does not fit due to sizing error, the customer may need to purchase a new set or replacement nails.
5. Nail Glue, Nail Care & Beauty Products
Nail glue, cuticle oils, balms, softeners, removers, and other beauty or nail care products are for external use only.
Please follow all product instructions and storage recommendations. Keep products away from children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Iki Studio is not responsible for reactions, irritation, damage, or misuse caused by improper application, storage, removal, or use of our products.
6. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Order changes are not guaranteed after confirmation. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production, been packed, or shipped, changes cannot be made.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, website errors, or inability to fulfill the order.
7. Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product type. Handmade, custom, or made-to-order items may require additional time.
Our standard processing time is 5 to 12 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 20 days business days.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Florida, USA.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Iki Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.
If a package is returned to Iki Studio due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
If the package is not returned to Iki Studio, we are unable to automatically replace or reship the order.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
9. Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help review the situation.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
Please note that Iki Studio cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
10. Shipping Delays
We do our best to ship orders within the stated processing time. If a delay occurs, we may contact you with an update.
If we are unable to fulfill your order within the expected timeframe, we may offer an updated shipping estimate, store credit, replacement option, or refund depending on the situation and applicable law.
11. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, nail glue, nail care products, and personal-use beauty items, these products are generally final sale and cannot be returned once opened, used, customized, or made to order.
For non-hygienic items, such as certain accessories, tools, organizers, or unopened eligible products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by Iki Studio.
12. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and handmade production reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

13. Items That May Be Eligible for Return
Some non-personal-use items may be eligible for return if unused, unopened when applicable, and in original condition, such as:

Display trays or organizers

Select tools or accessories

Unopened non-custom items
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
14. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ikibeautystudio@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.
15. Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted only if the order has not started production, been packed, or shipped.
Custom, handmade, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
16. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created based on the information, inspiration, measurements, and preferences provided by the customer.
Because custom items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a confirmed issue caused by Iki Studio.
Design inspiration may be used as reference, but exact replication of another artist’s work may not be available. Final designs may vary slightly based on artistic interpretation, available materials, nail size, shape, and length.
17. Product Use & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using all products safely and as directed.
Iki Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, forced removal, incorrect sizing, misuse of tools, allergic reactions, product modification, poor storage, or use outside the intended purpose.
Do not rip off press-on nails. Always use a safe removal method to help protect your natural nails.
18. Subscriptions
If subscriptions are offered, customers are responsible for reviewing subscription details before purchasing, including billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation rules, included products, and shipping schedule.
Subscription items may be subject to separate terms listed on the subscription product page.
Once a subscription order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
19. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Discount codes, promotions, and special offers are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Discounts may not apply to wholesale, custom orders, subscriptions, bundles, sale items, shipping, taxes, or gift cards unless specifically stated.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
20. Wholesale, PR & Collaborations
Wholesale, PR, influencer, and collaboration opportunities are subject to approval.
Iki Studio reserves the right to accept, decline, or modify wholesale and collaboration offers at our discretion.
Wholesale orders, PR packages, and custom collaboration items may have separate terms.
Products sent as PR, gifts, barter, or collaboration packages are not eligible for return, exchange, or cash refund.
21. Intellectual Property
All website content, product names, photos, designs, text, branding, logos, graphics, and creative concepts belong to Iki Studio unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or use our content, branding, product descriptions, photos, or designs without written permission.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iki Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
